2020 年左右，我画了几对红色背景的门神。到了这幅作品，我对于书写性笔触技巧的探索已趋于成熟，每下一笔，都有“拳拳到肉”的过瘾感。这个系列我想用强烈的色彩突出传统门神的喜庆和神威，张力和视觉冲击力极强，画的时候也很痛快，可以说是“当其下手风雨快，笔所未到气已吞。”

Around 2020, I created several pairs of Door Gods set against vibrant red backgrounds. By the time I reached this particular piece, my exploration of calligraphic brushwork had reached a stage of maturity. Each stroke I delivered carried a visceral, 'fist-to-flesh' satisfaction.

In this series, I sought to use intense coloration to amplify the festive joy and divine majesty of the traditional Door Gods, creating a profound sense of tension and visual impact. The process of painting was one of pure, unbridled exhilaration—as the saying goes: 'When the hand sets to work, it moves with the swiftness of wind and rain; even before the brush touches the surface, the spirit has already consumed the space.'
